Under the age of 3, we can provide free participation when booking together with parents. After the age of 3, participation in the program is always free of charge. A child price is not available for this program.

The duration of the entire program is approximately 1.5 hours, the schedule is as follows:
Originally, our guests can choose from 3 classic and hearty menus, but we also try to accommodate all other special requests, which we can confirm after separate consultation.

Taking beverages on board is not allowed. A variety of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks are available on board. The prices of the beverages will be available on the beverages menu on your table.
Yes, the program is wheelchair accessible, due to the special treatment and seating, please indicate this need after booking.
Regarding the service of Dinner&Cruise following cancellation conditions shall apply:
a) For cancellations and / or modification more than 24 hours before the start of the Activity: full refund of the Booking Price; and
b) For cancellations and / or modification 24 hours or less before the start of the Activity or in case of no-show: no refund.
We are your contact in connection with a Service Agreement and payment therefore as the commercial agent of the Supplier. If you wish to request a refund of the Booking Price outside of our cancellation policy, you may contact us on email on tour@eurama.hu
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before a full refund is possible.
There is no age limit for participation in the program, so it is recommended for all ages between 0-99 years old.
It is possible to park under normal conditions, but please note that parking is not possible in this part of the city center several times due to the nature of the location and seasonal restrictions.
Of course, the restroom is available to everyone during the entire duration of the cruise, and we even have a specially designed section for people with reduced mobility.
